Terms and Conditions:

1. Service Agreement: By engaging PestBlitz for pest control services, the client agrees to the terms outlined in the
   service agreement, including the scope of work, pricing, and scheduling.
2. Payment: Payment for services rendered by PestBlitz is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed
   upon in writing. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
3. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
4. Liability: While PestBlitz takes every precaution to ensure the safety of our clients and their property, we cannot be
   held liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the provision of our services.
5. Warranty: PestBlitz does not give any express or implied warranty or assurance on elimination or eradication of the
   pests in respect whereof this agreement is signed, during the period of this service contract, PestBlitz shall be obliged
   to carry out the necessary pest management operation without incurring any liability or obligation for any
   inconvenience, loss, injury or damage that may be caused to the customer or any occupant of ,or visitor to, to the
   premises or to any property of any such persons. In case of Anti-Termite treatment if the treatment fails due to any
   reason, we will provide a free treatment in the infested area only if any live termite or new mud-tubes will be observed.
6. Access: Clients must provide PestBlitz technicians with access to all areas of the property requiring treatment. Failure
   to do so may result in delays or incomplete service.
7. Cooperation: Clients are expected to cooperate fully with PestBlitz technicians, including following pre-service
   preparation instructions and providing accurate information about pest sightings and concerns.
8. Environmental Responsibility: PestBlitz is committed to using environmentally friendly pest control methods
   whenever possible. Clients are encouraged to inquire about our eco-friendly options.
9. Termination: PestBlitz reserves the right to terminate services to any client who fails to comply with these terms and
   conditions or engages in abusive or threatening behavior towards our staff.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, and
    any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court
    of Rewari, Haryana.
    By engaging PestBlitz’s services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these
    terms and conditions.
